When you receive your fresh floral bouquet, please remove any wrapping, cut 1cm off the stems and place into fresh water. To get the most out of your florals, use the provided flower food (open packet and shake into water) and ensure the stems are cut and the water is changed every second day. Fresh florals should not be placed in direct sunlight or overly hot rooms, but they also do NOT need to be placed in the refrigerator!
No, the great thing about our everlasting bouquets are that they are dried and preserved. This means that NO water is required. You can keep them in the pot or vase without water and they should last 1-3 years if taken care of. In order to get the maximum amount of time with your ever-lasts, do not place in direct sunlight (the colour may fade) and give them an occasional light dusting. Easy Peasy!
YES! It sure does! Usually if our clients do not specify upon ordering that they would like specific colour for their vase, we will stick to soft neutrals (i.e. cream, white, grey, beige or soft pink- depending on availability).

Great question...and it’s actually one we get asked ALOT! So there are a few different ways you can remove any dust from your everlasting arrangement~ but the safest way is definitely to use a soft make up brush to very lightly brush any dust off.
Some florists may recommend using a hairdryer on the ’cold’ setting, but we do NOT recommend this option. Given the delicate nature of our floral designs, this may disrupt the natural placement or damage the flowers.
Do you have a question about your florals? Hit us up on our contact form and we’ll be in touch!
